Pinus mugo 'Gnom' is a dense dwarf mountain pine with a compact habit and dark green needles. 'Gnom' is rounded at a young age, becoming more conical with age. After 20 years, 'Gnom' may reach 6 ft in height by 4.5 ft in width with an annual growth rate of about 4 inches of growth per year. 'Gnom' is german for "Gnome".
