Acer palmatum 'Mila'
This particular Japanese maple is one of my favorites. It's a rockstar among the hundreds of other cultivars in our greenhouses, and customers always seem to be drawn to it. The 'Mila' variety, introduced by Dick van der Maat in Holland, displays stunning colors throughout the year. In spring, its leaves emerge in a vibrant pastel pink or red, with an orange eye-catching detail. During summer, the tree bursts with bright reds and deep maroons. And in fall, it transforms into a beautiful spectacle of bright oranges and reds. Growing up to 9-12 ft in an upright and dense habit within 15 years, 'Mila' is a truly captivating and colorful tree that will surely capture your heart.
