Aubie arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition, as have all my Mr. Maple orders. I gave it to my husband as a gift. He immediately commented on the name and then was so pleased to learn about the Auburn connection, being that he is a graduate. Tree came packaged perfectly as always with the Mr Maple team and was delivered promptly. I’ve planted it in the ground and it’s acclimating well, has some leaf scorching but it will be fine next year which I can’t wait to see it after some growth. Hopefully I have it in a good spot, only time will tell.

The Ideal Shape and Color
I used two of these trees in a narrow border that separates the patio from the wall of the house surrounded by a dense planting of Christmas ferns to fill the space. The effect after ten years is absolutely exquisite. These plants are super-hardy and show vivid color throughout the summer. I rate them as one of the very best buys at Mr. Maple. Even the birds agree; I had a pair of cardinals build a nest and raise a family in one of them this spring.
