At MrMaple.com, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with the products we provide. In the event that customers receive trees that have been damaged in transit, we provide the following refund policy:
Customers must notify MrMaple.com via email within three (3) days of delivery. Once MrMaple.com has confirmed the damage via photos, an assessment will be made and store credit or a replacement tree may be issued at our discretion.
