Acer palmatum 'Ghost Dancer'

'Ghost Dancer' is a stunning maple variety that sprouts in early spring with purple highlights and a deep green veining on a creamy white to green leaf. To maintain its vibrant colors, it's best to shield 'Ghost Dancer' from intense afternoon sun. Though not an official member of the Ghost series, 'Ghost Dancer' was discovered at a nursery near Gaston, Oregon, much like the reticulated variegated Japanese maples that make up the Ghost series. This tree can grow up to 8ft in 15 years and thrives in zones 5 through 9.
