'Celebration' Pink Reticulated Variegated

'Celebration' leafs out as a vibrant pink-purple with reticulated ghost-like variegation. In the south, by early summer this variegation turns creamy with dark defined reticulated veins in the leaf. The new growth returns to the vibrant pink-purple. Fall color is an intense fuchsia red. We expect 'Celebration' to reach 10 ft in 10 years.
Talon Buchholz claims that 'Celebration' may simply be his best introduction yet. It was found in 2007 from a batch of 'Purple Ghost' seedlings. 'Celebration' performs best with its color when given protection from the hot afternoon sun.
