Exceptional Weeping Dragon's Fire Japanese Maple

'Dragon's Fire' is one of our favorite new weeping laceleaf Japanese maples. It leafs out in the spring as a bright cherry red, turning to dark burgundy. 'Dragon's Fire' does bronze up during the summer, but the fall color is outstanding. 'Dragon's Fire' starts out with yellows infused with oranges before turning to a brilliant crimson red. The overall habit is a cascading umbrella reaching 3 ft in height by 6 ft in width in 10 years.

Thank you Mr. Maple . You gave me a jaw dropping tree from day 1 . Coolest tree I’ve ever seen let alone own . It’s going in a container on the back patio in plenty of afternoon shade . I can’t wait to watch it from spring next year . Thank you again Mr Maple is the best !

This may be small but it is truely worthy of a place in the garden. Fall color is amazing but spring color can stand on its own.
