Love red maples

I was looking at this Sojo Namora for a specimen tree in my Shady, North Carolina yard with perhaps a light focus on it because I was wanting a red tree, but does the habit grow in a beautiful showcase look or would it be better served as a understory mix among other trees? Also, I’m familiar with Maria llama and it’s weeping habit. I thought it would be pretty but I’m looking for something that would be read any help you could give me thanks.
