'Waveleaf' is the newest from the Flora Wonder Collection by Talon Buchholz. It was originally a seedling from their Rising Stars Series, when many people kept telling Talon they wanted this beauty, making him realize he needed to get this tree in production. It's true, 'Waveleaf' has bold reticulated purple leaves that will catch your eye. I would guess that 'Waveleaf' would get 8-10 ft in 10 years, but this is simply an estimate as this is one of the first times this cultivar has been ever offered. I would recommend giving 'Waveleaf' protection from the hot afternoon sun.
