'Blue Moon' is an outstanding selection of a full moon Japanese maple that was a sister seedling to the ever-popular Moonrise™. This selection by our good friend, Carl Munn, is quite breathtaking. The spring color of 'Blue Moon' is more bronze, with a more yellow green summer color. The contrast is quite amazing, especially  with bronze color new growth over the yellow green full-moon leaves. 'Blue Moon' may reach 8-10 ft in height and width in 15 years. Give 'Blue Moon' protection from the hot afternoon sun.
