Tilia cordata 'Shibamichi Gold' is golden selection of little leaf linden that was selected by Mr Akira Shibamichi of Japan and introduced into the United States by Barry Yinger. The spring color of linden also known as 'Akira Gold' can be a brililant yellow if given some sunlight. During the summer, the color fades, but is still a brighter green than most other plants.
