Acer palmatum 'Osakazuki'

Exceptional Fall Color Osakazuki Japanese Maple

Zones 5-9

'Osakazuki' is an early selection from Japan that is not used enough in the landscape. 'Osakazuki' leafs out in the spring with large bright chartreuse leaves over red petioles. Being a mid-sized green upright, this selection helps add a bright summery feel to the garden. Autumn colors are one of the brightest reds found in all Japanese maples. 'Osakazuki' reaches 12-15 ft in 15 years.

This tree gets its name from a large drinking glass in Japan that has a similar color to it as the fall color of this Japanese maple.

Limited Quantities Available !! As we have over a thousand cultivars of Japanese maples, we often do not have many of each cultivar. We recommend that you buy the Japanese maples you want immediately as we often sell out of certain selections.

1 gallon steal

This tree is amazing. Love the shape of the leaves. They have a softer more rounded look than most of my jap maps. Was very surprised how thick the trunk was and how complex and developed the root system was out of the 1 gallon pot. Arrived full, healthy, tall and beautiful. I had been waiting for this one to become available and snagged it right away

Great Trees

I've ordered 4 trees so far, and all have been shipped fast, plus they have been the best looking trees from all other maple companies, that means a lot to me.

love my maples

I've purchased 6 different maples & all but one is doing well. I love to watch them grow, change colors & just having them in my yard.
