'Edna Bergman' is quite a beautiful Japanese maple with an unusual color. In the spring, 'Edna Bergman' leafs out with a mauve red color on an amoenum style leaf. By late spring to early summer, the leaf is an emerald green. In the fall, 'Edna Bergman' gives a spectacular display of fire engine red. This is one of our favorite Japanese maples for fall color. 'Edna Bergman' may reach 8-10 ft in 10 years. 'Edna Bergman' was found and introduced by the Bergmans of Raraflora Nursery.
