'Geisha Gone Wild' Japanese maple was found as a variegated sport off of 'Geisha'. 'Geisha Gone Wild' is a beauty that leafs out with bright pink margined variegation on a deeper red. By summer, in full sun in the south the leaf on 'Geisha Gone Wild' changes to a green with cream variegation.
When given morning sun and afternoon shade, the spring pink and red coloration maintains for the longest amount of time. 'Geisha Gone Wild' will reach 7 ft in 10 years with a vase-like shape. Fall colors on the 'Geisha Gone Wild' Japanese maple are a hot pink to bright purples.

Received a huge Geisha Gone Wild for a 1 gallon. The tree is 6' tall in a a gallon pot. I will be repotting to a 3 gallon so the wind will not blow it over so easily. What a great deal again by Mr Maple. Thank you !
I ordered 2 Geisha Gone Wilds. They were 5 and 6 feet tall. One gallon root ball seemed too small for such a large tree , but these trees have Gone Wild nonetheless. Can’t say enough about the quality and health of the trees I have received. Also, customer service is the best, and can even tolerate me in a kind and very caring way! Mr Maple is the best for 1) Customer Service and 2) Quality of products. I have bought many trees from these guys, and will continue to do so!

My order arrived the next day and the tree was really tall. The leaves were green but after acclimating out in the shade, then with some sun, it is showing some nice pink in the leaves. I look forward to planting once this drought and heat can subside in Middle TN. I have been very impressed with this site, the quality of the plants, and the careful packaging. I love all of the great Mr. Maple videos I view on youtube.com--I have learned so much.
