'Heartbeat’ is a brighter red weeping Japanese maple in the spring, turning to bronze-red in the summer. It is the brilliant red fall color that will cause your heart to skip a beat. ‘Heartbeat’ may reach 3-4 ft in height by 4-5 ft in width in 10 years. ‘Heartbeat’ was introduced into the nursery trade by Elliot Groves of New Zealand.

Arrived in great condition without any damage. Shipping was fast which was needed as the temps were around 95 daily at the time of shipment. We have it protected in the shade for a few weeks at Jodie’s recommendation for it to acclimate. Jodie was very helpful.
