'Anny's Winter Orange' is considered by many to be one of the best of the red twig dogwoods. The green leaves turn to a brilliant and consistent golden yellow fall color. When the leaves drop, 'Anny's Winter Orange' displays bright orange bark that gives this plant an excellent winter interest in the garden. 'Anny's Dwarf' is great planted as a single specimen or as a mass planting. 'Anny's Dwarf' is commonly used on banks, where the backdrop of the bank helps show off the winter red bark of 'Anny's Winter Orange'. 'Anny's Winter Orange' may reach 5-6 ft in height and width in 10 years. The one gallons available were propagated by root division.
