outstanding customer service!

I ordered an edgeworthia in a 3-gallon pot with no small amount of trepidation. (Shipping a live plant from North Carolina to Oregon? Is this sensible?) I took a chance as edgeworthias are impossible to source in my area currently. My plant came quickly, shipping updates were easy to access, and the plant was safely packed. There was a problem with earwig damage to the foliage; the staff at Mr. Maple were quick to respond and offer solutions. You could not ask for nicer folks!
