'Canopy' is a the perfect upright male ginkgo with a large and broad spreading canopy. 'Canopy' was found as an old tree at the home of J.Bell in Atherton, California and propagated by the Saratoga Horticultural Research Foundation under the code name 'Bell' for a few years. 'Canopy' may reach 30-35 ft in height with a 40ft broad caonpy in 25 years. Fall color is a bright neon yellow.
