'Pendula' is a slow growing Japanese red pine that may reach 8-9ft in height in 15 years by 5-6 ft wide when staked. It is heavily recommend to stake this selection so that the dramatic weeping fashion of tree can be displayed. This selection of Japanese red pine is quite old in the record books, however it will grab your attention every time you see it. 'Pendula' deserves a space in any garden.
