Pinus flexilis 'Cesarini Blue' is an exceptionally blue selection of limber pine with a pyramidal form. This selection by Joe Cesarini is quite popular because of this powder blue look to the needles. Some experts have mentioned this may actually be Pinus reflexa because this selection does have quite a bit of vigor. 'Cesarini Blue' may reach 6-8ft in height by 4-5 ft in width in 10 years.
