'Victor' is a slow-growing miniature conifer by its gradual development and creamy blue new growth that gradually shifts to a muted grey-green shade over the season. Originally cultivated in the United States before 2006, it represents a compact, spreading variant of the Colorado spruce, renowned for its striking blue hue, especially prominent on newly emerging foliage. Its pleasingly expansive growth habit renders it an ideal selection for ground coverage.  In 10 years, 'Victor' should grow to be approximately 1 ft by 3 ft.
