Should be grown much more!

This evergreen medium to large shrub (small tree sized with age) is a wonderful subject for screening or specimen planting. Dark green foliage makes a good foundation planting in any landscape. The great surprise of this plant is the profuse autumn flowering of small orange flowers in dense clusters. The strong fragrance is outstanding and brings a great experience to any garden setting.
Size is easily controlled by selective pruning just above a cluster of leaves or small branches (removing too tall or larger branches).
You’ll smell the wonderful fragrance before you even get close enough to see the flowers!

Fast turn around

Received 5 days after ordering and this is not the first that I have received my order this quickly. I live in northern New Jersey and this North Carolina nursery is a godsend. This osmanthus arrived healthy and vibrant.
Plants are processed quickly, endure less shipping stress
and arrive in much better condition than west coast nurseries.
I have ordered dozens of plants from Mr. Maple and I am always very happy with the results.
