'Golden Spreader' is a slow glowing golden selection of Nordmann fir that grows wider than tall, reaching 3-4 ft in height by 4-5 ft in width in 10 years. Give 'Golden Spreader' protection from the hot afternoon sun as this tree is so gold that full sun may burn the needles. Morning sun situations also brighten up the needles for the best color. 'Golden Spreader' is excellent for adding year-round color to those smaller spaces in the garden.

'Golden Spreader' are grafted on abies firma which makes them more heat tolerant and durable.
