Introducing Acer shirasawanum ‘Sunny’, a beautiful golden Japanese maple that offers vibrant yellow color throughout the spring and summer. This unique variety of Acer shirasawanum was introduced as a chance seedling by the same nurseryman who found and introduced ‘Mystic Mikawa’, ‘Fragrant Fountain’ and ‘Sir Damon’. ‘Sunny’ will reach 6-8 ft in 10 years if provided with adequate protection from the hot afternoon sun. The fall colors of 'Sunny' will range from orange to red. Be one of the first to get this fun new golden yellow maple and enjoy its beauty for years to come.

The 2 quart square size is comparable to a typical nursery trade 1 gallon. The Large 2 Quart square would be comparable to a large 1 gallon.
