'Aptos Blue' is considered to be one of the more vigorous selections of coastal redwoods. A 20 year old specimen may reach 50-70 ft in height by 40 ft in width with a conical shape. 'Aptos Blue' was selected as a chance seedling that orignated at the Saratoga Horticulture Research Station. 'Aptos Blue' is good in zones 7-9.

Because of the large size of this 1 gallon, this tree must be shipped in a 48' box. Up to 8 new other trees can ship in this box with this tree, so feel free to add more trees to decrease shipping cost.
