A key feature of 'Early Cones' is its early cone production, which begins at a younger age compared to other spruces, enhancing its ornamental value. In 10 years, it typically reaches a height of 10-15 ft with a spread of 6-8 ft. This cultivar is often used as a specimen tree in gardens and landscapes or as a focal point in mixed conifer beds.
