'Wine and Roses’ is a striking new rhododendron that has crisp striking foliage and an amazing bloom. The silver green foliage is culled with dark wine-colored undersides. This two-toned effect is amazing and makes an interesting plant even when it isn’t blooming. When ‘Wine and Roses’ is blooming a beautiful rose pink bloom adds even more interest to the garden. ‘Wine and Roses’ may reach 4 ft in height and width in 10 years. ‘Wine and Roses’ is a newer selection by Glendoick Gardens in Scotland.
