‘Nicole O’ is a heat tolerant azalea and produces a soft orange truss of flowers from mid-April through May. ‘Nicole O’ can reach a height of 4-6ft and spread roughly 4ft in width in 10 years. ‘Nicole O’ is a deciduous azalea that favors partial shade and well drained soils. Introduced by Earl Sommerville, who has made a large effort in producing specimens for commercial use. His labor of love has produced a beautiful plant fit for both the landscape and a garden setting.
