'Geisha Gone Wild' Japanese maple was found as a variegated sport off of 'Geisha'. 'Geisha Gone Wild' is a beauty that leafs out with bright pink margined variegation on a deeper red. By summer, in full sun in the south the leaf on 'Geisha Gone Wild' changes to a green with cream variegation.
When given morning sun and afternoon shade, the spring pink and red coloration maintains for the longest amount of time. 'Geisha Gone Wild' will reach 7 ft in 10 years with a vase-like shape. Fall colors on the 'Geisha Gone Wild' Japanese maple are a hot pink to bright purples.

Absolutely beautiful trees so well packed I actually had a little bit of a hard time unpacking them due to the fact that I have arthritis in my arms and hands. But that's a good thing that it was so well packed. Beautiful trees really great size all but one came pretty much in full leafed out shape the other one has beautiful strong buds on it and it's probably a later growing Japanese maple. Colors are beautiful I will be ordering more. As a matter of fact right now as I'm doing this review I'm going to be repotting them. And I'm technologically lame so I can't figure out how to take pictures of these to post on this review
Very nice tree. Larger than expected. Has not put leaves out yet, but si trying to.
I received the tree very well packaged, no branches broken that makes me very happy because the form is beautiful. Its roots look great, even the soil was still moist. It hasn’t break dormancy yet, but I can see the buds coming. So far, very happy with my purchase 😊
