Sorbus xthuringiaca ‘Fastigiata’ is hybrid of a narrow upright mountain Ashe tree. The branches are very upright, growing columnar at a young age. As it ages, the overall shape is still a tight with upright growth, though the width may increase as it grows taller. ‘Fastigiata’ will be 15-20 ft in height by 5-7 ft in width in 10 years. White spring blooms turn to red berries on ‘Fastigiata’ giving a nice display throughout the summer and fall seasons. ‘Fastigiata’ is a beautiful unique tree you will love in your landscape.
