'Jet Black' is a brand new introduction by Buchholz Nursery with deep dark maroon red foliage. 'Jet Black' is perhaps one of the darkest of all the Japanese maples. 'Jet Black' is a strong grower. We expect 'Jet Black' to reach 12-14 ft in 10 years. Fall color is scarlet red.

Trees were potted from large liners to gallons in this spring and may not have completely filled out their pots.
