'Angel The Prince' is spectacular dwarf Japanese maple. In the spring, bright red to purple tipping accentuate a yellow-green leaf.  This matures to a rich dark blue-green. Fall color on 'Angel The Prince' is bright to dark red. 'Angel The Prince' has a tight dense upright habit. It could best be described as a "Taro yama" with more spring interest. 'Angel The Prince' may reach 4-5 ft in height by 3 ft in width in 10 years. 'Angel The Prince' was found and introduced by Joel Johnson and named by Angel.
