Acer palmatum 'Kashmir'

Japanese Maple

Zones 5-9

'Kashmir' is a brand new introduction that is vigorous and has an extremely thread-like leaf in the early spring. The needle-like leaves twist and curl in a psychedelic fashion creating a unique texture in the garden. The spring threads of 'Kashmir' mature slightly wider, yet still more narrow that 'Koto no ito'. 'Kashmir' is expected to reach 8-10 ft in height in 10 years. 'Kashmir' was found and introduced by MrMaple.com, being part of the Area 51 Collection: Maples that are out of this world!

Limited Quantities Available !! As we have over a thousand cultivars of Japanese maples, we often do not have many of each cultivar. We recommend that you buy the Japanese maples you want immediately as we often sell out of certain selections.

Kashmir strikingly unique

Kashmir is a unique tree with a very distinct leaf shape which sets it apart from other cultivars. I acquired this tree in February 2024 and I am anxiously waiting this tree to mature revealing it's true beauty and elegance as it contrast among my other Japanese maple cultivars.
