Pinus parviflora 'Tanima no yuki' is a variegated Japanese white pine with strong white variegation all across the needles, but more prominently around the tips. This is probably why 'Tanima no yuki' translates as "snow in the valley". 'Tanima no yuki' may reach 4-5 ft in height by 3 ft in width in 10 years. Give 'Tanima no yuki' morning sun with protection from the hot afternoon sun, especially in the south.
