While there's a Pine Glen in Washington State along the Yakima River, any direct connection to this plant remains uncertain. This cultivar is frequently observed as a top-worked specimen, prized for its true dwarf stature and dense, compact habit, making it well-suited for container gardening.

Characterized by fresh green leaves arranged closely along its stems, Ginkgo biloba 'Pine Glen Dwarf' presents an intriguing appearance.
