'Amber Ghost' is one of the most amazing maples of them all. It leafs out in the early spring as a coral pink with green veining throughout the leaf. Most plants are named for their spring or fall color. This plant is named for its mid-summer coloration. Mid-summer colors are a rich amber with a deep green reticulation throughout the leaf. Fall colors are bright oranges to fire-engine reds. It will reach 8-10 ft in height 15 years with a stronger more upright habit.
