'Geisha’ leafs out in the early spring with a bright pastel pink variegation that is sand dusted with deep maroon for king. This bright pink color is extremely unique and definitely stands out in the garden. By mid-summer the color fades to a variegation, light green variegated with dark green flexing. Fall colors are a brighter pink to orange. ‘Geisha’ gets 3 ft tall by 4 ft wide in 15 years. For the best color, give Geisha’ protection from the hot afternoon sun. Being that ‘Geisha’ is ideal for containers, this gives a great opportunity to place the container around your yard to find the best location before putting this tree in the ground. When the right location is found, ‘Geisha’ will put on a display of color that is second to none. 

Trees were potted from large liners to gallons in late August.
