'Harold's Pink and White'  is a beautiful heat tolerant Japanese maple that was a chance seedling found by the late Harold Johnston of lower Alabama. We do recommend protection from the hot afternoon sun for 'Harold's Pink and White'. This selection has bright pink and white splotched variegation. We recommend a light pruining in February to peak the variegation on this Japanese maple. Fall color can range from yellow to red.  We expect 'Harold's Pink and White' to reach 8-10 ft in height and width in 15 years.
