'Pink Filigree' is a fairly rare selection by Gilardelli Nursery in Italy. 'Pink Filigree' has a bright pink-orange spring color that matures to red with a yellow green interior to the leaf. New growth in the summer is a bright orange-red again. Fall color is a bright fiery orange-red.

According to Vertree's book, 'Pink Filigree' is claimed to be a cross between 'Ornatum' and 'Stella Rossa'. 'Pink Filigree has large leaves similar to the shape of 'Stella Rossa', with a weeping habit and size similar to that of 'Ornatum' reaching 4-5 ft in height by 5-6 ft in width in 10 years. 

Trees were potted from large liners to gallons in this spring and may not have completely filled out their pots.
