'Reticulatum Como' is a rare reticulated variegated ghost-like Japanese maple that has a rosy blush over a cream center and green veins. This combination of color is a winner with color contrast galore! 'Reticulatum Como' is one of our new favorite Japanese maples, especially in the early spring. When given protection from the hot afternoon sun, this variegation stays around for quite a while. Fall colors are light pinks to apricot. This is a must-have Japanese maple. We expect this recent import to get 6-8ft in 15 years.
