The veins of the leaf are a darker green, making the etching effect fairly dynamic on a laceleaf. During the summer, the leaves are a lighter green. Fall color on 'Sweet Lorraine' is a bright yellow to orange. 'Sweet Lorraine' is expected to reach 4 ft in height and with in 10 years. Make sure to give 'Sweet Lorraine' protection from the hot afternoon sun. 'Sweet Lorraine' was found as a chance seedling and introduced by our good friend and mentor, Talon Buchholz.
