'Rose of Autumn’ is quite a beauty. In the fall it blooms with large semi-double to rose shaped deep pink 3-4 inch flowers. As these blooms open up they become more rose-like and turn more baby pink as the bloom ages. ‘Rose of Autumn’ is fairly vigorous reaching 6-8 ft in height in 10 years. Found from an open pollinated seed on ‘Kanjiro’, our good friend and legendary camellia breeder Bobby Green introduced this beauty into the nursery trade.
