Cedrus deodara 'Shalimar' has a nice upright shape with good color and form. ‘Shalimar’ may reach 10-12 ft in 10 years. ‘Shalimar’ is considered to be one of the best cold hardy selections of all the Himalayan cedars. It was a selection from seed that was collected at high altitudes and planted at the Arnold Arboretum in the 1960’s. 

Trees were potted from large liners to gallons last fall and may not have completely filled out their pots.
