'Whitewater’ is a weeping variegated redbud selection that was developed at NC State University by Dennis Werner. This weeping redbud has some amazing colors throughout the seasons. In the early spring, pink blooms cover the branching before the leaves emerge. As the leaves emerge, some leaves are nearly all white as the green comes into the center of these heart-shaped leaves.  'Whitewater’ has an extraordinary weeping habit reaching 4-5 ft in height by 6-7 ft in width in 10 years. For more height, stake ‘Whitewater’ to your desired height.
