Picea abies 'Formanek' is a one-of-a-kind dwarf weeping evergreen with short green needles and dramatic, “bone-like” branching. This rare European selection can be staked to grow upright or allowed to sprawl as a groundcover, thriving in full sun with well-drained soil. Compact yet striking, it reaches 6 ft tall by 3 ft wide in 10 years when staked and is ultra-hardy to -50°F.
