Pinus contorta 'Spaan's Dwarf' is a small growing dwarf shore pine with a globose habit. The short needles and natural bonsai like habit, make this an excellent candidate for bonsai or container growing. 'Spaan's Dwarf' may reach 3-4 ft in height by 2-3 ft in width in 10 years. 'Spann's Dwarf' was found in the Washington growing the wild by John Spaan.
