'Jurassic Park' has thicker leaves and the species, indicated that it might have extra chromosomes. 'Jurassic Park' is much slower growing as well, with a nice pyramidal form reaching 7-8 ft in 10 years. The name 'Jurassic Park' is great as this tree does look like something from the dinosaur age. The shiny silver under-foliage of thujopsis dolabarata is always interesting. This is a rare conifer that can handle more shade that a lot of other evergreens. 'Jurassic Park' is not often found in cultivation.
