'Minor Black' is a small mounding weigela with foliage that has a wine red color. The deep maroon foliage of 'Minor Black' provides a lot of color contrast in the landscape. The pink red blooms spill off of each of the branches. 'Minor Black' may reach 3-4 ft in height and width.
