Persian Spire™' is one of the most narrow and columnar growing selection of parrotia persica found by some of our friends in Oregon. The tight narrow growing habit of Persian Spire™' may reach 25 feet in height by only 8-10ft in width in 15 years. In the spring, the green leaves have a bright purple-red to deep purple border that is fairly wide and showy. The fall color on Persian Spire™' includes bright oranges, bright reds, and deep maroons. The bark provides an additional winter interest with grey. tan, and brown flaking bark.
