Liriodendron tulipifera 'Glen's Gold' is a striking cultivar of the tulip tree, prized for its vibrant golden-yellow foliage that holds its color well into summer. It shares the upright, pyramidal form and large tulip-shaped greenish-yellow flowers of the species, typically blooming in late spring. In 10 years, Liriodendron tulipifera 'Glen's Gold' typically reaches about 20–30 ft tall and 10–15 ft wide.  It grows relatively quickly, especially in full sun and well-drained, fertile soil. The golden foliage adds standout color from spring through early fall, with the tree maintaining a strong central leader and upright form.
